Our Commitment

TD Asset Management (“TDAM”) is intended to support partners, warehouse personnel, supervisors, administrators, and other authorized users in performing package and asset-management activities.

We are committed to making TDAM usable by people with different abilities, technologies, devices, and methods of interaction.

Accessibility Goal

Our goal is to improve TDAM in alignment with generally recognized web-accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”), where reasonably applicable to this internal business system.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas of the website may not yet fully meet every accessibility guideline.

  • Clearly labeled buttons and links.
  • Status messages for processing and uploads.

Reasonable alternative methods may include:

  • Assistance entering or retrieving package information.
  • Providing information in another format.
  • Completing an authorized action through an alternative workflow.
  • Correcting inaccessible uploaded material.

When reporting an accessibility issue, please provide:

  • The page or feature involved.
  • The web address, when available.

Users should use an organization-approved browser and keep it updated according to Information Technology requirements.

Third-Party Content

Some parts of TDAM may rely on third-party software or services, including WordPress, authentication providers, email services, document viewers, or other plugins.

We may not have direct control over the accessibility of every third-party component, but reported barriers will be evaluated and addressed when reasonably possible.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility considerations may be included in:

  • New feature development.
  • Theme and plugin updates.
  • Form and navigation changes.
  • Mobile-layout improvements.
  • Testing and issue resolution.
  • Evaluation of third-party components.
  • Review of reported accessibility barriers.
